Defective Products

How to Return an Item

Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For Mobile Money payments, refunds will be sent to the same number used for payment. For bank transfers, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or mobile money provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of use.

Exchanges
