Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mi Store's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. • Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders)

Payment must be received before order processing, except for Cash on Delivery orders. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and order weight
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control

Product Warranty

All Xiaomi products sold through Mi Store come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. We will assist you with warranty claims, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mi Store or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Xiaomi name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Xiaomi Corporation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
